Institute Works Department (IWD) takes care of day to day maintenance of campus, which includes Water supply, Electricity, Central AC, Landscaping, Housekeeping, etc, and major/minor works based on request

We provide routine maintenance services for the following complaints through our online ticketing system (Raise a Ticket)

(i) Civil Complaints (for eg: repairing of broken window/doors etc and minor works)

(ii) Plumbing complaints (for eg: replacement of broken bathroom fittings etc)

(iii) Electrical complaints (for eg: replacement of corridor lights etc and minor works)

(iv) AC Complaints (for eg: Spilt/Tower AC and Central AC issues)

(v) Housekeeping (for eg: cleaning of a particular area/terrace etc)

(vi) Landscaping (for eg: grass cutting, weed removal etc)
