Dear Colleagues, I would request all of you to kindly attend the departmental meeting on 1st March 2016, 4:30 PM (after the mid-sem exam) in SPS Conference Room for discussion on next semester course distribution. Ashok has indicated that we have to provide this list to Dean AA just after the mid-semester exam. It will be helpful if all of you are present. If really not possible then kindly discuss with Ashok about the courses before the meeting. We will also discuss the following items: (a) Advertisement for Integrated Msc-PhD - Last meeting we decided that the interview for this program will be done along the time for PhD interview the date we fixed was 3rd and 4th June 2016. We have to fix the announcement date, last date for receipt of application, application format etc keeping in mind the dates when JAM and JEST results get announced. (b) Faculty, Scientists, Postdoctoral Fellow applications - status of old applications and I will handover the new ones for inputs. (c) Departmental infrastructural matters. (d) AOB.
